MEET REBA TAVILLE!
Reba Taville, SHRM-CP, is a native Houstonian and a proud graduate of the University of Houston where she completed a B.A Psychology degree, and a M.S. Human Resources Development (HRD) degree. Eight years ago, Reba ended her Retail Management Career and began focusing on Talent Development when she transitioned into the oil and gas industry. Reba has since designed, developed, delivered and managed training programs for organizations in multiple industries including oil and gas, finance, and retail.
Currently, Reba serves as a Learning & Development Business Consultant at Construction Career Collaborative (C3), an alliance of Owners, Contractors, and Specialty Contractors working to create a safe, skilled and sustainable craft workforce by positively affecting the issues facing the craft worker in the commercial construction industry. Reba joined C3 on its mission because she believes people are an investment to be valued and nurtured. As a L&D Business Partner, Reba works with Commercial Construction Companies to either assess and endorse their Training and Development Programs, or consult with them to help build sustainable Training and Development Programs and Practices that emphasize a people-first culture to build organizational capability. Reba continues to develop her expertise through active professional membership with SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and ATD (Association for Talent Development). |
