MEET REBA TAVILLE!
Reba Taville, SHRM-CP, is a native Houstonian and a proud graduate of the University of Houston where she completed a B.A Psychology degree, and a M.S. Human Resources Development (HRD) degree. Reba began focusing on Talent Development 10+ years ago when she transitioned into the oil and gas industry as an HR- Instructional Designer. Reba has since designed, developed, delivered and managed training programs for organizations in multiple industries including oil and gas, finance, and retail.
Currently, Reba serves as Programming Manager at Construction Career Collaborative (C3), an alliance of Owners, Contractors, and Specialty Contractors collectively committed to positively impacting the future of the industry by strengthening the safe, skilled, and sustainable craft workforce pipeline. Reba joined C3 on its mission because she believes people are an investment to be valued and nurtured, and an organization is only as good as it's people. As Programming Manager, Reba works to positively impact the local commercial construction industry's talent pipeline, from community awareness to helping organization's identify and implement workforce recruiting and retaining best practices. Reba is a life-long learner and continues to develop her skills and expertise through active professional membership and certifications with SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and ATD (Association for Talent Development) membership. |
