MEET REBA TAVILLE!
Reba Taville, SHRM-CP, is a native Houstonian and a proud graduate of the University of Houston where she completed a B.A Psychology degree, and a M.S. Human Resources Development (HRD). Eight years ago, Reba ended her Retail Management Career and began focusing on Talent Development when she transitioned into the oil and gas industry. Reba has since designed, developed, delivered and managed training programs for organizations in multiple industries including oil and gas, finance, and retail.
Currently, Reba serves as the People Development Business Partner at Construction Career Collaborative (C3), an alliance of Owners, Contractors, and Specialty Contractors working to create a safe, skilled and sustainable craft workforce by positively affecting the issues facing the craft worker in the commercial construction industry. In her role as People Development Business Partner, Reba works with Commercial Construction Companies to either assess and endorse their established Training and Development Programs or consult with them to help build sustainable Training and Development Programs and Practices. Reba believes in lifelong learning and is an active member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and ATD (Association for Talent Development). |
