MEET RACHEL SPARKS!

Rachel is a Workforce Development Specialist at C3. She is a native Houstonian, and she has lived here most of her life. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baylor University. She received her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. In her free time, she likes to go hiking and cook. Rachel also enjoys playing with her two cats. She is excited to work at C3 because she is passionate about training and development, and is also excited to serve her community! |
