An Accredited Employer is a Contractor or Specialty Contractor, of any and every tier, who is in full compliance with C3 principles for its entire craft workforce and wishes to help C3 positively impact the commercial construction industry in the Greater Houston Area.

requirements of an accredited employer
- All craft workers are paid by the hour, eligible for overtime as provided by state and federal laws, and receive a W2.
- Cover all craft workers with Worker’s Compensation Insurance
- Add all craft workers and field supervisors to the C3 Craft Training Database and assign them to the C3 project or projects where they will be working.
- Provide OSHA 10 and 30 to all craft workers and field supervisors respectively and document course completion in the C3 Training Database prior to arrival on a C3 jobsite.
- Participate in the C3 Craft Training Endorsement Program
- Annual Accreditation Fee

Option 2 Project Participant
A Project Participant is a Contractor or Specialty Contractor, of any and every tier, who is in full compliance with C3 principles for its craft workers on a designated C3 project.
*This level of accreditation does not include the same benefits as listed for C3 Accredited Employer.

- All craft workers on a designated C3 project, are paid by the hour, eligible for overtime as provided by state and federal laws, and receive a W2.
- Cover all craft workers on a designated C3 project with Worker’s Compensation Insurance
- Add all craft workers and field supervisors on a designated C3 project to the C3 Craft Training Database and assign them to the C3 project or projects where they will be working.
- Provide OSHA 10 and 30 to all craft workers and field supervisors respectively and document course completion in the C3 Training Database prior to arrival on a C3 jobsite for designated C3 project
- Per Project Fee
